Changed:
- dosnet.inf patching removed (already from previous version, but forgot to add it to the changelog...) After all it wasn't useful for the majority of the users: it's used for setups initiated by winnt32.exe (DOS startup or WinPE), and not when booting from the CD. You can get it in a separate download on my website.
- again lowered the compression level, now only 4 MB of memory is needed! Again the difference in size in negligible, but the difference in decompression is very remarkable now!

Fixed:
- Promise SATAII150 SX8 Controller issue (removed AMD 64 support))

Updated:
- NVIDIA nForce PATA/SATA/RAID Controllers from 5.10.2600.0412 to 5.10.2600.0446
- removed some typo's in the installation instructions and added a few details
